Can I send multiple letters?

Yes, you may send multiple letters; however, letters are purchased separately. Because of the personal nature of our letters, each card from Santa must be purchased separately. If you would like to place multiple orders and pay only once, please feel free to call us at 1-800-707-1225.

May I address the letter to my family?

Yes, you may address the letter to your family. On our Order Form, please be sure to write your last name under recipient's full name name. Example: If your last name is "Jones," please write, "The Jones Family."

May I see a preview of my letter?

Our cards are handmade and each letter is individually personalized. When placing your order, we encourage you to give Santa as much detailed information about the recipient as possible.

You are more than welcome to contact us if you would like to see a preview of the letter; however, we encourage you to wait (it's kind of like peeking or shaking a present). We assure you that waiting to see the letter will make this treasured keepsake even more memorable. The magic of seeing your loved one open the letter will be as much of a joy for you as it is for them.

Do you offer free letters?

If you own a newspaper, magazine, web site or blog and are willing to write a review of our product, contact us for a free letter.

Can I still place an order with you?

Yes of course! We accept orders by mail and telephone.
